Who are you?
We are a group of people with an extensive background in motorcycle
mail order gained from years of experience.
Why is a product, which is advertised out of stock?
We are very sorry if an item you would like to order is sold out
or is delayed. We always try and make sure that as much of our range
as possible is available to you at any given time. Having good stock
availability not only means happier customers but also more sales
too. Our experienced purchasing team try to predict the exact quantity
of each item to buy, however, we do occasionally get it wrong with
some items selling far better than we expect. Fortunately many of
our suppliers are UK based and delivery times are extremely short
so generally most delays will be minimised.
What brands do you stock?
We carry a huge stock range and can’t advertise it all on
our website, if you require a product that is not displayed on this
site, please call or email us.
How do I order?
Just place your order through our website or you can call one of
our team of experienced telephone operators on 01792 224460, who
will be happy to help with your enquiry. Lines are open Mon-Fri

How do I pay?
By all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express).

Returns Policy?
Should the items you receive fail to meet your expectations, you
may return them for credit or exchange. Please return all goods
within 7 days of despatch, in a re-saleable condition and in the
original packaging to our returns department. Accompany all returns
with your name and address and state the reason for return. Please
state clearly what action you wish us to take. On items being returned
for exchange that have been incorrectly ordered, we reserve the
right to charge carriage on the return of the items to you.
Faulty Goods?
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive should be faulty,
please contact us by phone or e-mail primarily and we can then discuss
the most efficient way of dealing with your return! If goods are
to be returned by yourselves due to a fault then we will refund
the return carriage up to the value of 6.50 GBP.
How long is delivery?
Subject to stock availability, standard delivery is within 5 to
7 working days. However, next day delivery is available at an extra
cost.
Next Day service means next working day. Next day excludes weekends,
bank holidays, Christmas and New years day. e.g. Monday delivery
from a Friday despatch.

Who delivers the parcels?
We use a receipted courier, Parcelforce and Royal Mail for jiffy
bag deliveries.
What happens if I'm not in?
A card will be left at your address to advise of the failed
delivery. The card will either contain a new delivery date or a
contact phone number. You can ring this number to arrange delivery
at your convenience.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Our staff will happily provide any advice or assistance
relating to any product purchased from us.
What do you do with my personal information?
Absolutely nothing!! We guarantee not to share any information
with other companies or third parties. All information is kept on
our secure server and will only be used by us to contact you should
we have any queries with your order. We may occasionally send you
promotional material by email.
